Agents and property managers
Per office
Same prices, one subscription per office. The manager invites the team, and every agent's listings in that office are covered. Each other office subscribes on its own.

How it works

Sign up and check your ID
Sign in with your email, then verify your ID with your passport or NZ driver licence. It takes about two minutes, and every lister does it once.

Start your free month
Pick monthly or yearly and add a card. You're not charged until the free month ends, and you can cancel before then.

Add your home
Photos, the rent or how it's being sold, who's welcome, viewing times and the date the listing comes down.

We look it over
We check every listing before it goes live, usually within a day. If something needs changing, we tell you what.

Meet people and choose
People book your viewing times and apply after viewing. Shortlist the ones you like. Once they agree, you can see their documents and contact their referees.

Mark it let or sold
Pick who it's going to and we'll tell everyone else who applied, and cancel any later viewings.
Questions
What does the free month include?
Everything. Your listings can go live once they're approved and your ID is verified. If you cancel before the free month ends, you won't be charged.
What happens after the free month?
On the monthly plan, you pay $49 a month for the next three months, then $89 a month. On the yearly plan, you pay $828 for the year, which works out to $69 a month.
How long do listings stay up?
You choose the end date when you list, up to a year ahead, and you can change it any time. A listing stays up until that date while your subscription is running.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Billing. Your subscription keeps running to the end of the month or year you've paid for, then stops. Your listings come down when it stops.
How do agents pay?
Per office. The office manager subscribes and invites the agents in that office, and all their listings are covered. If your company has more than one office, each office has its own subscription.
Does Okeydoor check tenants?
We check everyone's ID: listers before their first listing, and renters before they share their documents. Reference checks are yours to do. Once someone shares, their referees' names and numbers are right there.
Can I see applicants' documents?
Once you shortlist someone, we ask them to share. If they say yes, you can open their documents and see their referees until the listing closes, or until they stop sharing. They can see each time a document is opened.
Can people view before applying?
Yes, that's how it works. You set viewing times and how many people can come. People apply after they've viewed, unless you say someone can apply without viewing, for example because they're moving from another city.
Can renters offer more than the rent?
No. Rental listings must show the weekly rent, and the law doesn't allow inviting bids above it. We'll ask you to change any listing that does.
How do buyers make offers?
Buyers send you their details through Okeydoor after viewing. Offers and negotiation happen with you directly, outside Okeydoor.
